- Personal Information: Name, email, role (Owner, Team, Forever, Mastermind), and affiliated franchise location.
- Usage Data: Login timestamps, course activity, downloads, and engagement metrics.
- Voluntary Information: Comments, form submissions, or posts within communities.

We use the data to:
- Provide tailored access to courses and communities
- Track course progress and engagement
- Improve the training experience
- Facilitate team collaboration
- Notify users about relevant events, deadlines, or updates
3. Franchisee Responsibilities
Franchise Partners are independent data controllers for any personal data they input (e.g., team member information). They are solely responsible for managing, securing, and updating such data.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share it:
- With the Franchise Partner for internal management
- With trusted service providers (e.g., LMS hosting platform) under confidentiality
- As required by law, court order, or legal investigation
5. Legal Basis for Processing
We collect and process personal data based on:
- Legitimate business interest (training and franchisee support)
- Compliance with legal obligations
- User consent, when applicable
6. Data Access and Management
- Franchise Partners control their team’s access
- Team members must contact their Owner for changes or removal
- Removals must be submitted via the official form and will be processed within 3–5 business days

We maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect user data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data as long as necessary for operational and compliance purposes. Course participation records may be stored indefinitely for audit or training verification.

Cookies may be used to optimize performance, monitor engagement, and improve platform features. Users can adjust cookie settings in their browser.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not intended for users under age 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has accessed the system, contact us immediately.
